Strawberry & Banana Smoothie recipe
Serves 1-2
Organic Natural Yogurt
2 Bananas
5-8 Strawberries
Prepare the Strawberries well in advance of making the smoothie. After washing them, hull and quarter. Place in a plastic container or plastic bag and put them in a freezer for at least 3 hours, but preferably overnight.
When the strawberries are ready, chop the bananas into chunks and drop in a blender, then add the frozen strawberries. Blend the fruit until it becomes a smooth mixture, you may need to stir it from time to time. Then add the yogurt, around 3 tablespoons or half a pot, give it a final blend and then pour in a glass to serve.
